We've Gone Coastal Cozumel Beach Villa has easy access for snorkeling, scuba diving, or relaxing at the beach or pool. We are in the exclusive gated community of Costa Del Sol Cozumel (Villas Costa Del Sol), only 8 miles from San Miguel. Cozumel beach house has a beach and private pier that makes for easy access for snorkeling, scuba diving or relaxing at the beach / pool. Our exclusive gated community, with 24-hour security, allows for easy access to town but is far enough from the hustle and bustle of San Miguel de Cozumel to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the southern hotel zone.
This chic, open concept, villa has high ceilings and windows throughout allows plenty of natural light and is decorated in coastal décor. Surrounded by the crystal blue Caribbean water and the tropical jungle, this luxurious three bedroom, three bath, 2400 square foot beachfront villa has plenty of space. Spend your days in paradise relaxing on the full-length private porch or the infinity pool and beach only steps away.
This 2400 square foot single story luxury beach villa which sleeps up to 10 guests, has plenty of space with 3 oversized bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, and walk-in showers. The master bedroom and living room each have sliding doors with access to the full-length porch where you can enjoy your coffee, wine, cocktail, or cigar. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen has modern appliance and everything you need to prepare delicious food and drinks during your stay. As an extra perk we even provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, for our guests.

We’ve Gone Coastal Cozumel Beach Villa A4 Costa Del Sol Cozumel, has everything you need. We are only 10 minutes from San Miguel and perfectly situated to explore the beaches, snorkeling and beach bars along the southern and eastern coasts.
Ideal for dive groups, couples and families, you can enjoy your vacation in our individual villa located in the the private, secured community of Costa Del Sol while having easy access to water activities and a heated pool. We're a kid-friendly space and have included a pack-n-play, child utensils, sand toys, games and floats for your convenience! A fresh water dunk tank / rinse station for dive and snorkel gear is provided near the pool and we also have an outside attached exterior shower area that makes it easy to rinse gear and hang to dry on the provided hooks. A designated workspace is provided and private / secured wifi is available throughout the villa with public wifi is available in the pool area.
After a day diving or at the beach, retreat in comfort to your air conditioned, tranquil paradise and enjoy the shade of your covered terrace while the Caribbean breeze tickles your senses. Sip your coffee, wine or cocktail on our private patio while enjoying the beautifully landscaped surroundings - or- venture steps away to the white sand beach, infinity pool where you can snorkel off of the private pier. Lounge chairs and palapa’s are provided on the beach with plenty of seating and umbrellas at the oceanfront infinity swimming pool.
Great for adults and kids alike, you can snorkel and swim right off of the beach or pier, in the crystal blue water, where you will see fish, rays, eel, crabs and maybe even an octopus. The private pier allows snorkeling, fishing & diving trip pick ups, and the reefs are only a short boat ride away.
Our Cozumel Bedroom has 2 Double Beds, Closet, Dresser, Amazon Echo, usb wall outlet adapters and Private Bathroom with Walk-In Shower and vanity.
Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are also Provided.
Cozumel Room
The Master bedroom , named the Mermaid Room, has a king bed, dresser, full-length mirror, tv, usb adapters and Amazon Echo for music.
We have provided a desk and chair to allow easy access if you need to work remotely. We also provide secure wifi. Access to the oversized patio is also available through the master bedroom. A large private ensuite bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and double vanity.
Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are also Provided.

Our Private Pier is perfect for boat pickup, easy access to snorkeling or swimming
No need to have to take a taxi to the marina. Our private pier is perfect for boat pickup directly from Costa Del Sol.
