Make sure to try the whole fried fish which will arrive at your table perfectly fried, steaming hot and flake right off of the bone. Another standout dish that shouldn't be missed is their ceviche that is made with shrimp, octopus, conch and fish and marinated in lime juice, cilantro, red onions, and other seasonings to give it a bright and zesty flavor. At Pescaderia San Carlos, this traditional Caribbean dish is made with the freshest ingredients and prepared with care, to you a true taste of the Caribbean. I have tried many ceviche dishes and this is the best on the island, hands down!
